Adam Gilchrist was a wicketkeeper for Australia and is a big tequila lover. He’s a friend of OK! and we get to celebrate him this week! Gilly has started his own tequila brand, @elarquerotequila, he loves it so much! This drink showcases the blanco expression, and highlights eucalyptus as a nod to his history as an Australian icon.

Bar Planet and Pseushi return to collaborate on a cult favourite! Made right here in Sydney (and the Inner West at that), Pseushi’s signature tie dye makes a return for the remix of the original collaboration from 2022.

Hannah Barclay is the ceramic artist and beloved creative mind behind a lot of ceramics throughout our venues. It’s almost impossible to visit Centro 86 or Bar Planet without noticing the presence of her terrestrial work in the space.

For one night only, the Herbs Taverne crew are flying down to join the team at Apollo Inn with a selection of signature drinks, to round out the Melbourne segment of Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival. Together with Apollo Inn’s Lachlan Bentley stirring down the martinis, Herbs will be serving up their delicious Gold Negronis and amaro-spiked cocktails for our sister city.

Who doesn’t love free tequila?! World Tequila Day is July 24, and we’re celebrating it all week with Sydney’s free & first ever Tequila Trail! To celebrate, we’re inviting you all to join the trail as we pour tequila on the house at Centro 86, Cantina OK! and Tio’s. The trail features a trio of Herradura tequilas to try: Herradura Plata Tequila at Cantina OK!, Herradura Reposado Tequila at Tio’s, and Herradura Añejo Tequila at Centro 86.

Inspired by the coastal and oceanic swirls in her work, this drink is not only delicious, but also a treat for the eyes.

Inspired by his recent trip to Sri Lanka and Sunset Shift at the incredible Smoke & Bitters, Jax created a weekly special built around the Iramusu and Silvertip Tea that was passed onto Jax as a parting gift.

We collaborated with self-taught artist, designer, author, and publisher Evi O, the creative force behind beloved Sydney design studio, Evi-O.Studio.

Evi’s practice explores the concepts of optimism, joy, and metamorphosis in the world we live in, often expressed through her use of colour and abstraction, in both 2 & 3 dimensional forms. For this special we ran her iconic pastel piece, ‘A Laissez-faire Attitude’, through the liquid Cantina OK! lens.

Sienna and Kate travelled down to Australia’s majestic capital city of Canberra to break (or set?) the record for the World’s Highest Porron Pour from above the clouds in Hendricks Gin’s magnificent hot air balloon.
