Bar Planet X Extra Silky Rat Tail Pop Up

Sydney’s rat tail revival is entering its ultimate form, with Petersham hair salon Extra Silky taking over Bar Planet on Sunday 31 May for an afternoon of custom braided rat tail extensions.

Known across Sydney’s Inner West for creative cuts and vivid colour work,Extra Silky will create made-to-order rat tails from 3pm to 5pm, with pricing starting from approximately $30 per tail depending on length. Guests can opt for one or two extensions, with the option to weave in Bar Planet’s signature blue or choose a colour matched to their natural hair.
