MUCHO Tequila Trail
Who doesn’t love free tequila?!
World Tequila Day is July 24, and we’re celebrating it all week with Sydney’s free & first ever Tequila Trail!
To celebrate, we’re inviting you all to join the trail as we pour tequila on the house at Centro 86, Cantina OK! and Tio’s.
The trail features a trio of Herradura tequilas to try: Herradura Plata Tequila at Cantina OK!, Herradura Reposado Tequila at Tio’s, and Herradura Añejo Tequila at Centro 86.

Bar Planet’s 3rd Birthday
What a night!!
An absolutely endless thank you to Onnie O’Leary for running a pop-up BP tattoo parlour in the bar!
Many Dirtini martinis were consumed. Many olives were tattooed. I hope you had a slice of the Freddo Frog Ice Cream Cake. Those things are elite. So much nostalgia.

We opened a Negroni bar!! Conveniently located right next to Cantina OK!, Herbs Taverne is dedicated to the strange joy of bitter drinks, featuring a curated selection of the most delicious, iconic and rare amaros from around the world, celebrating aperitif and digestif culture.
Mid-Century Euro in influence, yet universally inspired, it’s a bar for deep discussion, drinking and dancing! Herbs is a bar that gives you permission to celebrate.

Bar Planet New Menu: BFFs
Three new cocktails, all starring ingredients from three local favourites.
With a little help from our BFFs at AP Bakery, Goldstreet Dairy and Rooftop Bees, we’ve created a Hot Honey and Gentian aperitif, a Rhubarb and Whey spritz, and buttery Baguette sour.

Bar Planet Mega Martini Launch! (Gotcha!!)
Continuing the MUCHO tradition of mega-fying cocktails, we launched the Mega Martini at Bar Planet! Alas, this one was an April Fools joke but you can get your hands on a real Mega Margs at Tio’s and a Grande Spicy Marg at Centro 86!

Centro 86 was named Time Out’s Best Cocktail Bar at their 2025 Food and Drink Awards!

Bar Planet 50 Best Discovery
Bar Planet was placed in the 50 Best Discovery List! An honour to be named alongside so many other amazing venues!

Tio’s $1000 Marg Giveaway
To celebrate Margarita Month, we partnered with el Jimador to give one lucky individual $1000 worth of margaritas at Tio’s! Participants were tasked with suggesting their most unhinged margarita flavours to enter the draw, and some of the ideas were diabolical...

Bar Planet x Tim Blackwell
Australian media legend and Bar Planet merch-wearer Tim Blackwell teamed up with us to create a weekly Scorpino inspired by his iconic interview with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in 2002 with the launch of Nova Perth.

Cantina OK! x Ken Done
It was an honour to collaborate with Australian legend Ken Done to create a drink at Cantina OK! inspired by his monumentally iconic art style. We visited Ken in his studio in The Rocks and chatted about his time in Mexico while he doodled on some Cantina coasters.

Goodbye OK! Seltzer!
All good things must come to an end and we decided to say goodbye to OK! Seltzer. It’s been an incredible 3 years but in the wise words of MUCHO Creative Director Jeremy Blackmore, ‘it’s time to concentrate on what we do best. Weird, fun, delicious, soulful venues for Sydney to love.’ A huge thanks to everyone who helped along the way!!

Daisy is the 4th Most Influential!
A huge congratulations to MUCHO Group’s Co-Owner & General Manager Daisy Tulley who came in at no. 4 on The Australian Bartender’s Most Influential List during Sydney Bar Week last night.
We’re immensely proud of all of the work Daisy does to make MUCHO Group a happy and safe space for our teams and our guests, and her contributions to creating a wider change across the industry.
