The MUCHO Tequila & Mezcal Festival is hosted at Centro 86, MUCHO’s extra-ordinary underground margarita bar. Like peering through a psychedelic periscope and drinking in an alternate reality, Centro 86 transforms the basement of 86-88 Pitt St, Sydney, into a monument to margaritas and a temple of tequila.
The 100-strong tequila selection is fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico and includes the best agave spirits from around the world. We’ve pushed our connections to get our hands on some truly special, rare bottles for our guests.

The MUCHO Tequila & Mezcal Festival is free to enter, and open to both industry and public guests. No matter who you are, you’ll enjoy an engaging experience from true spirits enthusiasts.

All vendors will be running free product tastings from 3-7pm.
After which, Centro 86 will roll into its nightly service, where all guests are welcomed to stick around and enjoy Centro 86’s $12 Spicy Margarita Happy Hour.

Every brand, or distributor hosting a stall, will be offering guests free tastings of their products and an insight in to the process behind the products.

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to purchase bottles and merchandise directly from stalls.
