The wonderful Tait McGregor visited 3 MUCHO venues on her quest for love, and brought along a few familiar faces. We were honoured to host Benee at Bar Planet, Wallows at Tio’s and Caleb from Spacey Jane at Centro 86 on their dates with Tait!
Tio’s turned 13!!!! And we celebrated with a tequila ice luge! Time flies when you’re having fun!!
It was an honour to collaborate with Australian legend Ken Done to create a drink at Cantina OK! inspired by his monumentally iconic art style. We visited Ken in his studio in The Rocks and chatted about his time in Mexico while he doodled on some Cantina coasters.
Annie Hamilton popped by Bar Planet to create a Scorpino celebrating her new album ‘Stop and Smell the Lightning’. She also customised some of our merch that we gave away to one lucky winner!
All good things must come to an end and we decided to say goodbye to OK! Seltzer. It’s been an incredible 3 years but in the wise words of MUCHO Creative Director Jeremy Blackmore, ‘it’s time to concentrate on what we do best. Weird, fun, delicious, soulful venues for Sydney to love.’ A huge thanks to everyone who helped along the way!!

We took three iconic tarot cards, painted them with the Bar Planet brush, enlisted the help of the freshest of produce, and ended up with a delicious menu of seasonal symbolism.
Toreador. Matador. Picador. Three historic cocktails brought into the year 2024.
Before the Margarita existed, there was a whole genre of early tequila cocktails.
All three of these seasonal creations harken back to recipes from 1937’s ‘Cafe Royale Cocktail Book’, reimagined through the lens of what we can do in 2024 that we couldn’t before.
How can we revisit classic combinations with an emphasis on a wider, more international pantry, modern techniques and a focus on the freshest ingredients?

Three drinks inspired by our favourite megafauna. There are no more charismatic animals on earth than the hippo, the elephant and the croc.
An idea born from the making of our very own croc pechuga, a literal distillation of crocodile spirit found in the Agro OK!.

We’re immensely proud of all of the work Daisy does to make MUCHO Group a happy and safe space for our teams and our guests, and her contributions to creating a wider change across the industry.

Storm and Jeremy continued their tour of Europe with a pop-up alongside London cocktail bar Lyaness! Held at The Umbrella Workshop with a very special menu of Patrón drinks for three days only, they had the best time!
